10. HTC ONE X
The HTC ONE X is a excellent phone and was released this year. It had a huge competition with Samsung Galaxy S3. Not to say this is a bad phone but it lacked some features that the Galaxy S3 had, like the expandable memory. So HTC ONE X in number 10.
9. iPhone 5
iPhone 5 is one of the few phones with great build quality, but apple thought to stick with the same design from 2010 which was in the 4s. When you see the software side, its simple and easy to use. It sits perfectly in your hands but with an awkward resolution, the retina display looks marvelous. But the fact is, its too pricy. The new ios 6.0.1 drains the battery faster.
8. Motorola Droid RAZR HD
Motorola droid RAZR HD comes with teeny tiny bit of custom skin, i think motorola phones are the ones next to Nexus line to receive faster updates as google owns it. The Droid RAZR HD is a power packed phone as it sports a 1.5ghz processor. And its now upgradable to jelly bean.
7. HTC 8x
The HTC 8x looks spectacular, it has an extraordinary design. It runs WindowsPhone 8, a great applause to to Microsoft as it gave us a new and a fantastic os. It has a 8 megapixel rear camera that records full 1080p, and a front facing 2.1 megapixel camera which also records in 1080p.
6. Samsung Galaxy S3.
The Galaxy S3 was sold around 30 million devices, so congrats to Samsung. The bitter bit of this phone is the build quality, samsung needs to improve their build quality. It has a huge plus, it has expandable memory and removable battery. So the S3 falls in number 6.

5. HTC ONE X+
It looks and feels like a ONE X but the specs, not the same. It has 1.7ghz quadcore processor whereas the ONE X has a 1.5ghz processor. It is available in 64gb version unlike the ONE X. It is little bigger than ONE X as it has a bigger battery.
4. Samsung Galaxy Note 2
The Galaxy Note 2 is colossal phone when you compare with the other phones, i think it comes in the "Phablet" category. It is inspired from the hit Galaxy S3 design. Its so big that the screen size is that of Galaxy S3. And Samsung made mistake with the design, it lifts one the side of the S-pen.
3. Nokia Lumia 920
The Nokia Lumia has an awesome 8 megapixel camera with carls zeiss optics that shoots even under very low lighting. Unlike HTC, Nokia offers a variety of apps that works only on the Lumia series. It has the new wireless charging. It has a non-expandable 32 gb internal storage.
2. Nexus 4
The new Nexus 4 is made by LG. It runs the latest Android 4.2.1 jelly bean.It runs Pure Android Vanilla. Software wise its a great phone and the first to receive the latest updates. Hardware wise LG could have made the camera a little better. The back panel is made of glass and it gives a unique shine when under bright light. The build quality is great.
1. HTC Droid DNA
The Droid DNA is a Monster Phone created by HTC, the 5 inch display is amazing, it has a pixel density of 441ppi. It runs and Android 4.1 jelly bean, upgradable to 4.2. But it is skined by HTC sense 4+, otherwise its a great phone. And available only in US, in other places its called the Butterfly.
Phones that didn't make the top 10 Xperia ION and LG Optimus 4xHD.
